REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Tuition Fees
Tuition fees paid to AFCA are generally non-refundable once a student has commenced training.
2. Application and Registration Fees
Application, registration, admission, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Student Withdrawal
Students who voluntarily withdraw from a program shall not be entitled to a refund of tuition fees already paid.
4. Course Postponement by AFCA
Where AFCA postpones a course due to operational or administrative reasons, students may choose to:
- Transfer enrolment to the next available intake; or
- Receive credit toward another AFCA program.
5. Course Cancellation by AFCA
If AFCA cancels a program and no suitable alternative arrangement can be provided, students may be eligible for a refund of fees paid specifically for the affected program.
6. International Programs and Visa Refusals
For international training, study tours, exchange programs, or overseas educational programs facilitated by AFCA, refunds shall be subject to:
- Policies of partner institutions or training providers
- Administrative and processing costs already incurred
- Non-refundable third-party charges
- Official documentation supporting the visa refusal
7. Force Majeure
AFCA shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, civil disturbances, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or similar events.
8. Refund Process
Refund requests must:
- Be submitted in writing
- Include supporting documentation where applicable
- Be reviewed and approved by AFCA Management
Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period after approval.
